Rice Crispies!

Marshmallow mix
·         2 packs of marshmallows (400g each)
·         2 tbsp of vanilla extract
·         ½ cup of butter
Dry mix
·         3 cups of Rice Crispies (brown rice)
·         3 cups of puffed quinoa
·         ½ -⅔ cup of ground or regular flax seeds
·         ¼ -⅓ cup of salba seeds
·         ¼ -⅓ cup of chia seeds
·         1 pack of Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1         Mix all of the dry mix together in a big bowl.
2         Spray a tray with non-stick spray.
3         Melt the butter in a big pan.
4         Add in marshmallows and stir until melted.
5         Add the dry mix, and stir until combined
6         Pour (or dump) the mix into the tray (#2).
7         Flatten out, and let cool for 30 minutes.
8         The all important step… EAT THEM!
